Heritage Honey

Heritage Honey is a small,Tasmanian family-run business which has won dozens of awards for its honey products, including two trophies and four first places in 2019. We are proud to produce pure Tasmanian honey from Tasmania's beautiful clean, fresh environment. From the unique Leatherwood honey to the wonderful healing Manuka honey and all the many other varieties such as blue gum, prickly box, clover, bush, stringy bark and more. They have many different styles such as traditional runny honey, soft set, creamed, granulated and comb honey.

Heritage Honey runs around 650 hives, both in traditional wood and now some in the more modern dense polystyrene. Their sites cover vast distances over southern Tasmania from Dover to Richmond and across to the west past Mount Field, and over towards Strahan. At their Salamanca Market stall, they bring a small observation hive for all to see whilst tasting their delicious honeys.
