Sonia's latest offering - KRAY KRAY is a fun experience all round - 'Party in your Mouth', she's self-described as 'a little Kray Kray' at times but only in a fun way.

Her passion is to surround herself with unique Tasmanian food, and to bring it to life to give avid foodies, be they local, national or international visitors, creative dishes with a twist.

The offering includes mini lobster rolls with super crunchy fries. Choosing between three variations of lobster fillings. Also available a chunky lobster Bisque, and finally a Wild Black Lip Abalone using a unique recipe resulting in an extra-large spring roll.
