Not to be missed by the oyster lovers or for the first-time oyster adventurer wanting to experience Tasmania’s finest seafood. Depending on harvest, buffet, standard and large oysters are available by the half-dozen, dozen or single oyster.

Located in Great Bay on Bruny Island, Ma Bruny Oysters is a small family farm proudly harvesting premium oysters from the cool southern ocean waters of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel.
