They combine both Cantonese methods and western techniques of cooking, using fresh ingredients to present the best of both worlds. Aiming to turn ordinary food into extraordinary, to turn classic and traditional into modern and fun. All their bao buns are handmade from natural ingredients and are free of artificial colour.

They are well known for their specialty dish of pink bao buns and you can select from either crispy chicken, lemongrass pork or kariage veggie tempura. They also have salt and pepper tofu, topped with wasabi mayo, popcorn chicken and tasting plates to share.
