As a family, they have been supporters of The Smallest Pancakes in Town. They loved the different sauces that can be on top of the pancakes. Fresh strawberries from Huonville, raspberry sauce made from raspberries sourced from Richmond and to top it all off- a homemade lemon curd! These are just a few of the delicious toppings that you can have on your golden, fluffy and delicious small pancakes.
Eventually, they got around to helping the previous owners and after a few months, have lovingly acquired the business from them. As much as possible, they use Tasmanian products in their ingredients and this has given much appeal to their clients. As a family, they prepare the batter and sauces and this has been a wonderful bonding moment for them which they hope the clients would enjoy for years to come.
