Tasmanian Saffron
Terry and Nicky Noonan started Tas-Saff in 1990 on three acres of land overlooking the Huon River at Glaziers Bay. Tas-Saff are pioneers of the saffron industry and were the first to successfully acclimatise crocus sativus corms (bulbs) to the southern hemisphere conditions in Australia. Tas-Saff is known as Australia's most awarded saffron producer of the finest quality saffron threads and tea.
