Tassie Tucker is a small local business that produces the best gourmet chilli sauces, pastes, jellies and oils, and a popular jerky range made with Tasmanian beef.

Business owner and chef, Ken Stone, has taken inspiration from across Tasmania and all around the world, and infused these flavours into the incredibly popular Tassie Tucker range. Whenever possible he uses the freshest local ingredients, and for the rare and exotic ingredients that can't be grown locally, he sources only the highest quality chillis.

Drop by their busy stall to sample products including Psycho Jerky, Kentucky Bourbon Jerky and traditional Biltong, or their chilli range including The Boss, Crisp & Crunchy, Smoky Chipotle, Jalapeño Jelly and Salamanca Sriracha.
