The Copper Pot
Our humble origins of roasting almonds began over the gas fires of our two signature copper pots, which are displayed at the iconic Salamanca Markets in Hobart. To this day our gourmet roasted almonds are seasoned in small batches by our enthusiastic and dedicated team here at the Copper Pot in Tasmania. The founding inspiration for our enterprise was young local woman Amber Young who saw a vision to compliment the fine food industry with her unique and creative flavours.
