Prime location in front of Maldini's. The licence is for a summer site (224) and winter (248) both with excellent features.

Summer (224) is immediately in front of Maldini's restaurant and has the opportunity to trade from a front and side of the stall or take advantage of a side of the stall with big branding visible to all that walk around to the quarry area and public toilets.

The winter site is opposite the Salamanca Arts Centre and receives a fantastic amount of direct sunshine into the back of the stall, to help reduce the winter chill!

If you have a minimal set up you could cart your tent and produce across the lawn to your car on the street for quick set up and pack down. The Sites have been occupied by the Art of Tea, but are no longer wishing to trade at the Market. The sale is for the 2 sites (1 full year continuous trading) only. No equipment is included in the sale and the Art of Tea business is also NOT for sale.

If a stallholder wishes to sell Art of Tea products on this site they would need to discuss this with the business owner and enter into a specific legal agreement.

Both sites are a standard 3.5m x 3.5m side locations in the most popular section of Salamanca Market. Genuine enquiries only please. No photos provided as no tent, equipment nor business included in this sale.

Please note that a site fee per market day is payable to the City of Hobart to be invoiced on a quarterly basis.
