The trailer is fitted out to carry the tent, tables, and stock needed for trading and removes the need to have a special vehicle dedicated for market use. Just need a tow bar on your regular car.

The site is located in a prime central position in the original part of the market immediately opposite the Salamanca Arts Centre. Site measures 5m x 4.01m and provides the capability to serve on three sides. The neighbouring stalls are permanent, this has resulted in a convivial and helpful community environment.

The Product approved for sale at this site are toy (locally made and imported), Craft ware, pottery, lead lighting, jewellery, and leather products.

The sale includes permanent tenure license lockable bespoke trailer which is fitted out to carry the tent and accessories, five trestle tables (4 long, 1 short). The system works well and has been used to trade at other markets throughout the state when Salamanca is not operating.

I have successfully traded at the market from its earliest of days. I love the market and the people involved, I am only selling to retire.

Please note that a site fee per market day is payable to the City of Hobart to be invoiced on a quarterly basis.
